Creative Islington

The Creative Islington Education Portal aims to connect Islington’s arts and education sectors to encourage and promote the borough’s excellent cultural learning offer.

Creative Islington is a unique web based resource, funded by Islington Council to promote the arts, creative and cultural opportunities and to provide a networking function through information, newsletters and events. Members represent all arts and media disciplines, large cultural organisations and local cultural and heritage groups.

Whether you are an Islington-based school, youth organisation, arts organisation or independent artist with excellent cultural learning to offer this E-Portal will help you to promote yourself and your work as a part of  Creative Islingtons growing network.

As a member you’ll be able to find out about what is on offer, post details of projects, events, upload content and be at the heart of Islington’s creative dialogue.

Education professionals will be able to search the directory and source activities for children and young people at the click of a button.

The content on the site is driven by you, the members, so please keep it fresh, relevant and up to date by regular uploading.

Please keep your profile as up to date and as relevant as possible. It’s best to be concise and specific with the information you provide. This will make it easier for somebody searching the directory to find you. The attached user guide includes some tips on how to write and maintain your profile, as well as how to use other sections of the website.
